We, at Elyaf Group, manage our business with the aim to uphold sustainable values for our people and our planet. We manage greenhouse emissions and continuously monitor the amount of the emissions and set the targets to join the global effort to reduce the effect of climate change.
Key areas of focus in our efforts to preserve the environment are energy management, eco-friendly workplace, eco-friendly packaging and eco-friendly products.
We are continuing to reduce the amount of packaging materials and use minimal resources to contribute to creating positive environmental impact as well as making every effort to develop and manufacture products using sustainable and eco-friendly materials.
We promote and endorse a fair organisational culture where no member of our business is discriminated againsts by gender, nationality, race and so on.
We provide our employees with programmes for personal development and growth as well as safe and flexible working envorinment with equal opportunities. We also conduct a yearly employee satisfaction survey to create a positive organisational culture where all our people are happy.
We strictly prohibit the use of forced labour in the manufacture of our products and work with independent third-party auditors to evaluate our direct suppliers with the aim to prevent and manage the risk of human tracficking and slavery within our supply chain.
